The collected uPVC window frames are sorted to remove any contaminants or non-PVC materials. It's essential to ensure that the material is clean and free from items such as wood, stone, glass, or other plastics.

SHREDDING & CLEANING

At our facility, the sorted uPVC window frames are then shredded into smaller pieces using state of the art mechanical shredders. This step breaks down the frames into smaller manageable particles.

After shredding, the uPVC pieces undergo a cleaning process to remove any remaining impurities such as rubber gaskets and metal.
